Wow Busy Busy!!

Sad news first.  Sterling's grandmother Gloria Johnson passed away on Sunday.  Today is the funeral, now Sterling's mom has lost both of her parents.  Jessica (Ster's sister) and her husband Trent lived in Grandma Johnson's basement for the last while and have helped grandma so much.  They were always running to the store for her or taking her places.  Grandma sat and talked with Jess all the time I think it was really nice that she had them there for the last while or she would have been alone since her husband Reed passed away.  Jess always told the family when something was wrong with Grandma and every time something fell upstairs Jess and Trent would run up the stairs to see if Grandma was OK. Jess told the family Grandma had been sick and many came to visit her because she was sick.  She didn't seem too bad she was coherent and talking to people when they came but she took a turn for the worse and Jess alerted everyone they took her to the hospital but it was too late to save her.  Her obituary is beautiful here is the link. http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/hjnews/obituary.aspx?n=gloria-johnson-jorgensen&pid=147904339&fhid=4510

So I not only went back to school at Head Start on Jan 3rd but I also started school at USU for the semester on Jan 10th.  It has been a very busy last few weeks.  At Head Start I have all my end of the year stuff to do.  I have to visit the home of every student in my class and have a parent teacher conference with each of my families.  I have to do my final months observations, I had to do final testing on all the kids to see where they were before we met with their families.  I need to do the normal stuff like lesson plans and send homework every week.  I also have to clean out my entire classroom and inventory everything.  Teachers need about a week or so after the kids were done to inventory and clean everything but for some reason they think we can do it all in 1 day.  Yeah Right!  So I get to attend USU (taking 15-19 credits) and try to do all the other things I need to do at Head Start then stay late and try to clean up after all the kids are gone and inventory everything because there is no way to do it in 1 day.  Needless to say I haven't gotten much done on the pantry I feel like I haven't had a moment to myself.  I will post a pic of where we are on it in the next few days.
